What is your title and give a brief description of your role:

Cargo Desk Specialist – My primarily role is to assist with Tracking, ensuring shipment information are updated and accurate. I also assist with filing ISFs for our customers.

How long have you been at 721? :

7 months and counting!

What is your favorite part of working at 721? :

I love the tight-knit team who’s always willing to get the job done together. I also admire the company culture and the diversity within the team.

Who has influenced you the most when it comes to how you approach your job? :

The woman who gave me my life, my mother. She taught me to always do my best and be proud of what I do, while approaching my role with humility and confidence.

What is a goal you are currently working on? (Personal or professional) :

Professionally, my goal is to learn the ropes of the industry and to simply just help the team in any way that I can. In my personal life, I just want to continue going on adventures and living my life in the most meaningful way, for me. I also want to be better at painting!

What are some of your hobbies? :

I love working with my hands. In my free time, I love drawing/illustrating; sewing and customizing thrifted clothes; and I also love collecting secondhand books.

What was your favorite toy growing up? :

My favorite thing growing up was play dough, in general. My mom always made sure I had some on deck.

What are you currently reading and/or watching? :

I’m currently reading The Count of Monte Cristo and I’m trying to watch every movie made by Studio Ghibli – currently at 11 out of 23 (?).

If you could switch places with a famous historical figure for a day (past or present) who would it be?:

To be honest – Taylor Swift. I would love to know what it’s like to be as successful as her. I also like her songwriting, so I would love to know what it’s like to be as detailed with my words.
