Effective September 25, 2025, the U.S. Trade Representative and the International Trade Administration announced formal modifications to certain tariff-related elements under the U.S.–EU Framework Agreement on Reciprocal, Fair, and Balanced Trade.

These revisions include new exemptions for select EU-origin products previously subject to reciprocal tariffs. The changes may directly impact importers of perishable goods and other commodities of EU origin.
