At 721 Logistics, our strength has always come from our people. Our Employee Spotlight series is our way of giving you a chance to know the people behind the emails, calls, and decisions that keep our operation moving.
We ask each employee a set of questions about their role, what they’re learning, what drives them, and who they are outside the office. The goal is simple: to recognize the people behind 721, who work hard for you!
Here’s today’s spotlight!
Tina Kwiatkowski – Senior Account Representative, Non-Perishable Division, Philly HQ.

What is your title and give a brief description of your role and how long you’ve worked at 721: My title is Senior Account Rep. My role is to get freight cleared with customs and other government agencies in a timely manner while working with the importer of record to get the correct information documented for entry.
What is your favorite part of working at 721? My favorite part of working at 721 would be the family atmosphere. We work as a team to get done what needs to get done and enjoy each other’s company while doing it.
What’s something you’ve learned from a colleague (past or present) that changed your perspective or work habits? What I have learned is that this is not just a job but a career.
What is a goal you are currently working on? (Personal or professional) A personal goal I have been working on and will continue to work on is moving out of the city. I would love to move closer to my six grandchildren.
What are some of your hobbies? In my spare time I love to read my kindle and spend time down at my camper. I enjoy sitting on the beach or by the fire with a nice book and glass of wine…. Maybe bottle LOL
What’s something you’ve crossed off your bucket list and what’s next on the list? I’ve crossed a few things off my bucket list, including trips to the Bahamas, Punta Cana, Cancun, and Jamaica. I’ve also been to Bourbon Street in New Orleans, but I’d love to go back since I visited right after COVID and hear it’s different now. One of the coolest experiences was a swamp tour in New Orleans. What’s next? I’m thinking Ireland—if I can convince my husband that is. Maybe if I go to Poland he will agree.
What are you currently reading and/or watching? I am currently reading The Boyfriend by Freida McFadden. I think I have read almost all her books. So, if anyone has any suggestions, please put it out there. As for watching, I am almost finished “The Handmaids Tale”. Definitely worth watching.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given? Don’t rush time. Enjoy life in the present and don’t be overly concerned about past or future. Live life to its fullest.
What’s something about you, you think people would be surprised to know? Well, I guess I could tell you that I went to school for a couple different careers: EKG technician, Surgical technician, Real estate, and Started Nursing but decided not to continue because I was missing out on watching my children play in sports. I don’t think I really had it in me to be a nurse anyway. Hence why I am not working as EKG or surgical tech. I started working as an account representative 18 yrs ago and never looked back.
